Refund policy

At Yellow Boots, we aim to provide the best quality footwear to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy mentioned below.

1. Return / Exchange Period

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or purchase. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned with the original box and packaging

  • Be accompanied by the original bill or invoice

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect product delivered

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The original packaging or box is missing

  • The product was purchased during a special offer or clearance sale (if mentioned)

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Exchange Option

Customers may also request an exchange for a different size or product, subject to stock availability.
